The conference will be organized in the hybrid regime. Presentations will be streamed online through the TrueConf application. IT-details will be provided in subsequent announcements and also published on the conference page.

The conference fee (1500 RUB and 750 RUB for students) is required for in-person participants only. The payment has to be performed by September 10, 2021 via a transfer based on Agreement between your Institution and CrAO RAN (the template of Agreement has to appear in the Conference site). In exceptional cases, the payment can be provided in cash on the reception desk upon arrival. The registration fee will cover our expenses for office supplies and coffee break supplies.

We have the opportunity to publish the conference proceedings in a peer-reviewed journal Acta Astrophysica Taurica, free of charge. The deadline for sending publications is November 1, 2021; early sending is welcome.
